Jasmine Rios is the Managing Attorney of the Rios Law Group. She is a native of Belton, Texas, and obtained her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M Central Texas in Killeen, Texas. She graduated with her law degree from Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas, in the top 10 of her class and went on to obtain one of the top scores on the Texas Bar Exam that same year.

Jasmine has worked in the legal field since 2016 in Law Clerk, Judicial Clerk, or Associate Attorney positions in various law firms and Courts.

In 2021, she opened the Rios Law Group to proudly serve the legal needs of individuals and businesses in Bell County and Central Texas. She is happy to also provide services as a Certified Mediator and Arbitrator. She is fluent in Spanish and a proud second generation immigrant. During her free time, Jasmine likes to enjoy family time with her husband and son.

Maeve Bennett
Attorney

Maeve Bennett is an international attorney admitted to practice law in the states of New York, Washington, and Texas as well as the Republic of the Philippines. She is a military wife who speaks English, Tagalog, and Ilocano. She obtained her Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Washington, Seattle. She is a graduate of San Beda University (College of Law) after having pursued her bachelor's degree from the University of the Philippines, Diliman.

While studying law in the Philippines, Maeve Bennett served for five years as a provincial legislator. She migrated to the United States after her marriage to her Filipino-American husband who currently serves in the U.S. Army. She worked with an experienced litigator as a paralegal/case administrator while she prepared for the New York State Bar. Her exceptional score on the United States Uniform Bar Exam (UBE) entitles her to practice law in any state that accepts the UBE.

She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Washington State Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Military Spouses JD Network, and American Immigration Lawyers Association. She is also a Northwest Immigrant Rights Project volunteer. She is an avid target shooter, and loves to explore new places and taste local cuisines with her family in her free time.

Laura has been a vital part of our team for nearly three years, supporting both our attorneys and clients with dedication and care. Born and raised in Belton, TX, and proud to be a second-generation immigrant, she brings both heart and expertise to every case she works on.

She plays a key role in ensuring cases move forward smoothly and that families receive the support they need. Laura's favorite part of her work is getting to know each client's story and being part of their journey toward a better future.

Outside the office, Laura enjoys spending time with family and friends-and she'll never turn down a stop at Dutch Bros or Chick-fil-A.

Rosa is a dedicated paralegal who finds purpose in helping others and making a positive difference wherever she can. She works closely with our criminal, juvenile, and immigration clients, approaching each case with kindness, compassion, and understanding.

A proud sports mom to active kids, Rosa brings energy, patience, and determination from the sidelines into her work. A second-generation immigrant, she understands firsthand the importance of family, perseverance, and opportunity-values that guide her in supporting clients and their legal journeys every day.

Born and raised in Temple, Texas, William brings both skill and dedication to his role as Office Manager. He holds a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from Texas A&M University-Central Texas and is also a certified mediator.

At the firm, William oversees day-to-day administrative operations while providing essential support to our clients-particularly in estate planning matters. His ability to balance efficiency with compassion ensures that clients feel cared for every step of the way.

Outside of work, William enjoys spending quality time with his family.
